Step 1) In Windows make sure your folders aren’t hidden.

Step 2) Close Acrobat.

Step 3) In the Windows Explorer, navigate to one of these folders:

Step 4) Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\[your user name]\Application Data\Adobe\Acrobat\8.0

or Step 4) Windows Vista and Windows 7: C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\8.0

Step 5) Delete organizer.

Step 6) Restart the computer and Open Up Acrobat

Step 7) Open Acrobat.or Step 4)
If you are using an Intel-based Macintosh computer, then open the 8.0_x86 folder.

Step 5) Put it in the trash

Step 6) Restart Computer and Open Up Acrobat
