Are you getting this error…?

Step 1) In Windows make sure your folders aren’t hidden.

Step 2) Close Acrobat.

Step 3) In the Windows Explorer, navigate to one of these folders:

Step 4) Windows XP: C:Documents and Settings[your user name]Application DataAdobeAcrobat8.0

or Step 4) Windows Vista and Windows 7: C:Users[your user name]AppDataRoamingAdobeAcrobat8.0

Step 5) Delete organizer.

Step 6) Restart the computer and Open Up Acrobat

Step 7) Open Acrobat.or Step 4)
If you are using an Intel-based Macintosh computer, then open the 8.0_x86 folder.

Step 5) Put it in the trash

Step 6) Restart Computer and Open Up Acrobat
